In this article, we'll guide you through the steps for generating, setting up, and linking your Binance API key with Normal.

Normal is a financial platform specializing in indexing cryptocurrencies. It simplifies the cryptocurrency acquisition process, making it as easy as a single click. Normal Finance has pioneered the world's first crypto index fund tool, streamlining the trading experience.

All trading activities are conducted and processed through an exclusive exchange API key assigned to each user. An API key offers a secure and dependable means of utilizing the platform, as it does not grant access to personal data and ensures the safeguarding of fund management activities, such as withdrawals and deposits.

Creating and Connecting Manually

  1. Log into Binance

Log into your Binance account or create a new one

  2. Go to the API Management page

Access the API Management page by clicking on your account settings located in the upper-right corner.

  3. Create an API key

To generate a fresh API key for the Normal platform, simply click on the [Create API] option.

  4. Choose the API key type

Choose the "System Generated" category for your API key, and then advance by clicking the [Next] button.

  5. Label your API keys

Feel free to assign any name to your API key, as it's entirely your personal preference. This way, you'll have a clear indication that this key is associated with your Normal account.

  6. Match API key restrictions

You should now modify the limitations associated with your API key. This action will enable our platform to handle your trading activities on your Binance account. Kindly select [Edit restrictions] as depicted below and proceed with the subsequent instructions.

Here is the compilation of necessary permissions:

    1. IP Access Limitations: Limit access solely to trusted IP addresses (paste the IPs obtained from the "Exchanges" tab).

    2. Press [Confirm] to store the pasted IP addresses.

    3. Activate Reading (enabled by default).

    4. Enable Spot & Margin Trading.

    5. Once prepared, select [Save].

  7. Copy your API key and Secret key

Please ensure that you securely save both your API key and Secret Key.

Access your Normal account, navigate to the "Exchanges" section, and select "Add new exchange".

8. Select the Binance exchange and enter your API info
